Actually Scandinavian immigrants are good and the low criminal rate, but they won't move to Japan as Japanese payments are lower than those countries.
Moreover in Japan most jobs are long hours of hard work.

So most immigrants are people who don't care about that Japanese job problems and most of them are not Scandinavians...

Most of foreigners in first world take Japanese girls to their own countries even though Japan is the low birth rate.
Some of mixed children came back to Japan, but that is part of them and most of them live in their countries now. :(
