Yeah, I used to live in Pennsylvania, then I moved to Texas to be closer to my family in Monterrey, literally I only saw those types of CHIs at the north, everyone down here in the south dresses normally and has proper haircuts

I live in NYC and I do see quite a few ghetto dressed CHIs, but I would say most are not like that. I see quite a few of them also dressed alternative, preppy, regular, etc. My friend is Mexican and she is educated and dresses nicely even though she lives in a neighborhood in Brooklyn with a ton of ghetto Puerto Ricans and blacks.
