completely different attitude. People are way more confrontational and social interactions are wayyy more exchange based and will fuck random people over for tiny gains. Here people let you in, give you shit you dropped, say thanks. It's all good. It reduces the transaction costs of doing mundane shit because you don't have to worry so much.
