Welcome to /extraflags/, a lovely spin-off of /flag/ except its a general for users with extra flags to discuss flags, extra flags, and autistic activities while funposting. don't have extra flags? get extra flags :^)
>What are extra flags? Extra Flags is an open-source and non-malicious plugin that adds regional flags, like states and provinces, to the already existing national flags on Jow Forums, Jow Forums, /sp/, and Jow Forums, by storing users' post number along with the selected regional flags, and retrieving it from a database when a thread is loaded. You can add your region's flag by requesting it on the GitHub page.
Nothing unexpected for the most part, the cuckservatives won, SYRIZA is the new left wing mainstream party (God save us), we went from the retards in Golden Dawn to some weird dude who was selling letters supposedly written by Jesus Himself... The right wing is a lost cause in this country, no good right wing party exists to go against the mainstream conservatives
i got the same impression, although I personally liked Golden Dawn. Shame they lost their support
Evan Walker
That was also unexpected, they didn't capitalize on the whatever dismay exists for the Prespes agreement. Honestly, I wouldn't vote for them as long as there is democracy here in Greece, they copied a lot of things from the 30's NSDAP, too many for my taste. Besides, they are nepotistic as fuck, something that Greece suffers from since forever basically.
Mason Hall
> they copied a lot of things from the 30's NSDAP, too many for my taste. That's kinda why I liked them. This is their party flag - looks kinda familiar. I noticed another populist party popped up, but I was also surprised to see the Greek Communist Party still exists and has a solid following. I guess you guys are the most left-wing European country but still, that kinda caught me off guard. Honestly, if it weren't for that jackpot 50 seats for the 1st place party, the left still would have won.
But the media is celebrating Golden Dawn falling out of Parliament, which kind of speaks volumes as to who the globalists are against. The new Democracy is affiliated with Merkel's CDP; honestly Tsipras would have been a better option given Soros doesn't trust Syriza.
I wouldn't mind the μαίανδρος and the coloring, but they have their own militia (sort of). I would prefer them, even voted for them if they were more like the Eurosceptic parties in Western Europe. Greece still has a lot of conservative people, but they vote out of habit for ND. >I was also surprised to see the Greek Communist Party still exists and has a solid following We were the first country in Europe to vote out the mainstream parties and we voted for SYRIZA, the left isn't a small thing here either even tho the country is still conservative in a lot of aspects. To be honest tho, the commies are a lot more conservative in social values than in the same parties in the west, they are still pro-marriage for example and not completely atheist. >I guess you guys are the most left-wing European country The right has been demonized after the fall of the Junta of the Colonels, sort of a revenge on what happened before that Junta. Before the Junta, there was no clear left wing party in Greece, it was a right wing and a centrist party that were the 2 main parties. Fun fact tho, the right wing party made being a commie legal again, a prerequisite for entering the EU (EC back then). >Soros doesn't trust Syriza. X for doubt, SYRIZA it's a progressive party to it's core, refugees welcome etc.

All the Greeks who live around here are super communist. At least, the three I've known. Well, more like democratic socialist, but one of them is married to a commie hahaha. Then again, most people where I live are socialists. >Fun fact tho, the right wing party made being a commie legal again, a prerequisite for entering the EU (EC back then). God I hate the EU so much. >X for doubt, SYRIZA it's a progressive party to it's core, refugees welcome etc. I'm not saying that they're not aligned with Soros and the far left, I'm saying that Open Society Foundation doesn't see them as a reliable ally because they're made up of a ton of smaller parties, some of which are more conservative. Soros et al have backed the Movement for Change, which is pretty much a Green politics party which did pretty good yesterday.
Kevin Rogers
Your answers always leave me with more doubts than before
Adrian Scott
>they're made up of a ton of smaller parties, some of which are more conservative They were done away with that a while ago because our Constitution does not allow for coalition parties to hold office, and they are about to be done completely even with different voices inside the party, 3 of the original SYRIZA members from 2015 have left and created their own parties, the most famous case being with Varoufakis and the Greek part of DiEM25 who got 10 seats. >Soros et al have backed the Movement for Change, which is pretty much a Green politics party which did pretty good yesterday. This was the old mainstream center left party, in it's previous incarnation (PASOK/ Panhellenic Socialist Movement although they were socdems). This is the party that SYRIZA replaced as the mainstream left wing party. Maybe that complete unification of the party is about to be done so they can get the sweet $$$ from him. There was, a little bit before the Prespes agreement was "achieved", a small controversy about SYRIZA receiving funds from Soros. Also Soros congratulated the Prespes agreement.
Kevin Gonzalez
Oh and the Movement for Change is in no way a Green party, the actual Green party ran together with SYRIZA in these elections
Easton Garcia
Thanks for the clarification. Greece is still in a pretty shitty situation politically, but fortunately for your nation it's economically destitute so it's not like migrants are gonna flock to your country like they do Germany or Sweden. If anything you guys are just a country in between, but that may change with Salvini planning to build a fence up on the Italy-Croatia border.
Brandon Wright
And given that Italy builds that fence, and that Hungary already has a fence, if Slovenia builds one that pretty much eliminates the entire Eastern corridor, and all the migrants can really do is go through Spain. Only problem is Slovenia's parliament is still hung, although the right-wing populists are the biggest party. Italy and Hungary are already safe, and I doubt the migrants will want to go through Ukraine; if they do though that will be difficult as the Ukraine is ran by pro-EU leftists

i dont like it when people investigate me im not an asshole i just dont like giving out a lot of information i had an operation and had a sketchy spot of melanin or what ever you call it removed and now i can put my foot down without screaming, 4 Stiches and heavy bleeding so i can take any pain killers that dilute the blood im tied to the fucking couch and cant do shit nigga i just want to live life
It's sad that the people who have suffered probably the most in the hands of Islam have forgotten what this religion and it's politics can create >Greece is still in a pretty shitty situation politically Greek politics died in 1920, and in 1922 it was made sure that we would be pariahs, ever since it's a never ending downward spiral >it's not like migrants are gonna flock to your country While it's true that our economy somewhat saves us from this type of flocking, SYRIZA made easier for the migrants to receive citizenship and even naturalized them, and I doubt that there will ever be even a proposal to remove citizenship from these people. With the EU citizenship they can go through all these fences with no problems, sadly.
Yeah boy dw It's just that stating something opens for the obvious question Get well soon :^) >melanin WIR

Denmark's offering money for them to go back home now. That might be the logical solution to naturalized migrants, I would consider running a budget deficit to give money to those people to head home

A daily occurrence during this time: the electricity flow lowers just enough to have the fan switch of and back on and the room's light dims for a second.

My leg healed so I started playing football again and going out more in general, after a while I had uni exams and now I have a summer job.

My father opened a second minimarket for the summer season and I'm working the morning shift there.
We have a new power plant that uses gas plus we have an inter-connector connecting us to Sicily.
Jackson Brooks
I see from satellite images that lots of buildings have solar panels which is to be expected given the climate
Evan Gonzalez
>sued que??
Nathan Watson
Yeah, not all of them generate electricity though. Some are water heaters. I think there's some government scheme with the electricity generating ones, something about selling what you generate or a portion of it to the government I think. Not sure.
Thomas Ward
likely some tax relief based on the cost of the panels plus a proper contract to sell power to the power company

The song is about a guy who saw a feeling man being follow by another guy. The other guy asks the observer if he saw a man running in the area. The guy says yes and points him to the fleeing man's direction. The guy turned out to be a killer and murdered the fleeing man and the observer is blaming himself for opening his mouth.
Oh lmao I thought you were warning me of something

I like it youtube.com/watch?v=AZuLsSeokf0 That map is old, these subdivisions don't exist anymore, here's one I found for the municipalities a while back, you can add my flag dump as well.
The black lines do not exist now as subdivisions, they were called "perfectures" and were disbanded in 2011. If they existed, I would have a flag more. What exists are the differently colored ones and the white lines
