the only way for Slovakia to be free is to be part of a federation, together with Czechs (same people) we would have over double the saying power abroad.

This was true in the 1st republic, but that's because Slovaks weren't very educated thanks to the policies of the crown of st. Stephen which focused more on teaching Hungarian than anything useful. Later in the 2nd republic Slovaks were overrepresented in all government positions
