Honestly I prefer the metric system but I won't deny the imperial system and its units of measurement sound cooler in general. it has all those unqiue words while the metric system uses a really nice, uniform compound word system with your prefixes like kilo and milli. Its really useful but I guess it gets a little boring?

although i like the metric system more in general i like pounds and feet to be used for people because it's easier to tell how fat/tall somebody is. for example if you're 200lb and in the 5ft range i know right off the bat that you're an obese manlet. but if you're 199lb and 6ft then you're a decently tall chubby dude.
