They were waiting a menu and waiter earlier than other tables but Spanish waiters didnt come to them but other late arrived tables. And they waited waiter for one hour.
They couldn't order foods and they left the restaurant.
And than next restaurant was also same
So they are a dinner at the convenient store.

It's just how things are done over there. You need to be more aggressive. Though to be fair in most Asian places I've been to here, that includes chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese the service is quite cold when compared to other places.

Waiter's way of ignoring people is a usual subject of stand up comedy. After 30 years even I don't know a foolproof way to attract their attention and often just go to the counter and order there.
