Fucking idiots. Nuclear power is almost the cheapest form of power generation that exists, alongside hydro. The rocks in the ground you mine are barely radioactive, they have to be concentrated before they can be used. You also only need a small amount and there are techniques to recycle it rending the dangerous period down to decades. Plus, all the radioactive waste for a whole year made by the US wouldn't even fill a single container ship, while we transport magnitudes larger in coal DAILY 24/7 to keep the power on.

Short sighted HOW? Nuclear is LITERALLY the future. Its cheap, efficient, safe. Fucking coal plants emit more radiation and more harmful chemicals and gasses than nuclear plants. If we actually spent time researching it again, we could probably figure out even better ways of disposing of unsafe waste. Fucking France have almost 60 nuclear plants that provide over 70% of the countries power already.

Idk why you guys all hate this guy so much. He's still a self made man who started his entreprenuership from as early age as 12. Sold his game for $500(not adjusted to inflation). Went to uni and made money from organizing uni parties. Then went on to found zip2. Then with that money founded x.com which later merged with PayPal. Then started a rocket company and took over Tesla while being able to secure government subsidies for both his companies and even paid them back.
Not suckin his dick, but imo he's one good example of an entreprenuer which I'm sure most of us want to be or already are.
