not in the mood to do business on Jow Forums right now, but i could easily, yes, directly from one of the largest cutting companies in the world, to me for a small profit, to you. either way, depending on supply routes, you could very easily make a profit when buying so close to the source.

would i ever give anyone such a great deal for the measly €500-€1500 diamonds they wish to buy? no. but talk big, at least 5000 euros or so, and you can get one hell of a bargain.

i am sipping my energy drink now before going to the gym, bag all packed up, so if anyone has any further questions (no i am paranoid about selling on Jow Forums so im not pitching for that) i can answer in maybe 2 hours if this thread is still up

with "you" do you mean i, the poster, or a person wishing to buy? you can find them if you look, but it wont be very specific diamonds. for example, i get a list of about 20 000 diamonds currently in stock in the largest (or one of the largest) diamond cutting companies in the world.

from that, a lot will be garbage diamond. if i get a serious buyer for example, i will filter the entire list based on price, size, quality and then find (with variance) maybe 5-10 diamonds that are especially cheap and a bargain. this is what diamond wholesalers do, they look at current pickings, and if something is found for cheap, they buy it. in matter of fact, this company i buy from is a company that supplies thousands of diamond wholesalers with diamonds, so the prices they are able to give are more than enough for people to profit.

unfortunately i dont know any other companies like this myself that are half as legit, and the big ones wont budge and make you a custom deal, their prices are give or take. id say "go search in disctrict X" in Antwerp for example, but you might get screwed over without knowing. if you search for them, im sure you can find one. try to find a company that works directly with the largest retailers. your odds will increase GREATLY if instead of buying from a company, you find a diamond dealer. they have far less overhead costs, they dont run expensive websites, advertising campaigns, have a crew of people working for them, etc. they will often be able to buy from the source just for you, take a small profit and sell onwards. basically, try finding an actual GUY who knows this shit like me, not some coorperation.

i buy them cut, unless you are an expert at extracting the best possible cut from an uncut diamond, odds are 90% you will lose money. experts have an edge here though and can easily make money. the location of the imperfections, the ideal shape to be extracted.... its almost rocket science how complicated that is. DO NOT BUY UNCUT. people have uncut diamonds analyzed digitally to perfection in order to figure out what best to do with it. do YOU have that knowledge and tech? dont bother!

imperfections will still be systematic unless they can create a randomizer for it. but buy what you like! as long as you are happy. thats the most important thing. well, that, and paying a proper price for your products worth.
