You just have very thick hair, that means you never will become bald tho so good for you, to weight your hair down use hydrating shampoo and use a natural hydrating mask for conditioner, like those avocado ones, this will keep your hair moist which will weight it down, dont use anything with extra keratin as this will make your hair even thicker

Thats normal, puffy hair is due to high hair density, so you got a lot more hair than other people, i have high FPI so when you shower and your hair is long enough you start to drop lots of hairs, but even if your hair thins out due to the sheer amount of them it wont show
