No, Japanese have a certain amount of Jomon admixture. The Jomon weren't SEA, they were neolithic hunter gatherers who would be fairly closely related to the Siberians that crossed the Bering Strait and settled the Americas, thus becoming the Native Americans.
They were pretty backwards and never achieved any significant technological advancement, which is why they eventually got conquered and raped by the Yayoi people (basically Chinks), but some of their genes still live on in the modern Japanese.
