Minimal wage ~500€ if you are low skilled worker it's not a good place to live in.
That's the reason many poles immigrate to the western europe. They are earning 1500-2000€ for the same job.
But if you have a profession or want to learn/develop yourself you can have good standard of life.
Although Poland is not a western country it is not really that bad.
