Public hospitals in cities are usually overloaded and overwhelmed. There are many experienced doctors around tho, and they are moving to work for private hospitals. Even some doctors in rural area are conglomerating to open their own hospital, I know some of these people.

i like to think of it as wow versions. we had vanilla (third world). everything was nice and simple, sure it had lots of grind (shitty work conditions,low pay etc) but we were happy and had nice community.
now look at wow after many expansions(developments). everything gets handed out to you,everyone is hyper competitive and hyper autistic, you get kicked out from guilds if you don't memorize wowhead section of the boss. game(life) is unfun, despite you being tons of levels higher and years ahead of the vanilla, with unimaginable improvements
