20/5 vision in both eyes when i checked last August, I have a slight lazy eye and a small benign harmless tumor in my left eye.(optometrist told me that there are no symptoms from it and that it won't cause any issues so no point in going under the knife to remove it.)

I've never been a particularly manly man.
Had a weird year. I had this personality shift over the last year and started having strange thoughts and turning to opiates and alcohol to cope. Ruined my relationship with a girl i loved, and basically my second family (not close with the real family) and i haven't been working because of the drinking the past few months and I'm drowning myself with debt haha

why the shift
I don't know why. I don't remember hitting my head and i had been off of all drugs for a while because i was doing well and was really happy. I started getting these thoughts like she was reading my thoughts and stuff. We had probably an unhealthy codependance i think and that was the first time i was ever emotionally close to someone since i was 7.

No. She told me to too, but i thought i could sort it myself. A teacher in school when i was very young scared the hell out of me saying i would get locked in a mental institution because i had a morbid sense of humor. I've always had a phobia about doctors since then. I dont even see a regular doctor unless I'm so sick i need to go to the hospital.
