there will be no mainnet without the reputation and aggregation. I'm getting impatient too but it's all wishful thinking. Last year I myself thought that the mainnet would come out in September this year, many people thought the same it sounded like a reasonable estimate back then especially when many people thought that the team has most of the code done in Ruby and just needs to rewrite it to Golang but it turned out they pretty much started from scratch.
If they get it done by the end of this year I would be really surprised

I'm not saying it's impossible. I said it before that it would even make sense to develop it privately and test with big customers while leaving us (potential node operators) the node code to test, but then again if something seems too good to be true in life it usually is

It's terrible because I know it's basically a sure bet and I should just forget about it for 5 years, forget about it for now, do other things and let it sit quietly, but I literally cannot think about anything else but chainlink ever since I started become a member of the cult. All day long I just do research and read discussions about it, I do nothing else anymore. I can't even watch a movie anymore because my chainlink adhd forces me to f5 biz and blockfolio every 5 minutes. I stopped going to the gym, I stopped caring about girls. I don't play video games anymore. How the fuck do you concentrate on other things? It has completely overtaken my mind.
