Of course it won't be a fully functional peak level product this year. No one expects that. But a few companies say they adopt it, and the snowball starts rolling and the price will rise easily. Which is fair to say, though he may very well be wrong.
He basically believes it's a fantastic idea (the better of the two main oracle models by a vast margin), but that it's difficult to predict because it's the first of its kind.
