up until 22 i looked like a little pretty girl with the body of an athletic man, then stress happened + poor diet choices + not eating + not sleeping for days at a time + drinking and i easily added 5+ years to myself, now I've stopped completely. I went from looking eternally 12 to now I look like a really creepy, sad 18 year old who didnt get enough sleep.

Estrogen makes your face look softer and more rounded, gives you lower muscle mass. While testosterone and HGH make you taller, makes your skull shape more robust, your neck muscles larger, etc..

That just means you have bad genes, or bad diet, poor lifestyle, stress, etc.. In this case testosterone, high or low, can just be a trigger for something that's already encoded in your DNA. Hair loss doesn't necessarily mean you have high testosterone. In fact many high T men have more of a square hairline, and little hair loss. Many can maintain a perfect hairline in old age.
