How do all these countries have so many highways? My country takes10 years to build 20km of highway. I just can't grasp how Euros and Americans do this...

No mountains.
>Georgia and Armenia has no highway
Bullshit
MONEY
We are superior to them.
We are just better than you in every single way.
>Highways everywhere through the Alps and the local mountain ranges of each countries
>"No mountains"
Hmm
Then why Russia has such low amount of highways
yeah, we're superior to you, serbs
No highway through the Caucasus?
Corruption and low population
Do we need more highways? I have two in my city
I get that it costs money but seriously how much??? Look at Slovakia, even they are better covered than us...
That boggles my mind
We had highway to Georgia tho
Georgia itself has a lot of highways same with us and Armenia
I think this graph misleading
Cuz Western European people are superior than Russia. Russian gdp is only twice more than Netherlands despite supplying fucking Germany with gas.
Map-graph doesn't show it
brate
no EU gibs for you, ask Russia
fuck highways
build railways instead
All the money is pocketed by politicians, how is this a question?
Strange map we have several federal SPB-MOS-RSO hw's and none of them showed
Are those highways fully grade-separated and restricted to motor vehicles only? The map appears to only include controlled-access highways, or autobahns as they're called in Germany and motorways as they're called here.
Mountains are no excuse.
Road map of Greece.
>turkey
how tf they have so few?
germoney
FEDEX Fund. Euromoney accelerated the projects and improved our infrastructures
reichsautobahn
*FEDER
There are a lot of autobahn (magistral in Azerbaijani) but I think there is not much motorways here
Hey wanna make a general?
Fake map. Our most important highway isn't even finished yet.
Don’t worry. China will help you build highways soon in return for your eternal debt.
you gotta feed the lobbies with delicious public money
Netherlands is pretty small in comparision of other Eurocunts
Isn't most important motorway is Amsterdam-Rotherdam?
It will die in a minute but sure. Azeris and being together just don't match.
How does it work?
you have to be a part of the cool boys club
How do I join?
Last time me and some other Azeri made a general it stood up for relatively long time
Why don't we give it a shot?
this, and then mamá Merkel lets you suck her tiddies
stab Russia in the back
Why you need highway?
Estonia and Iceland doesn't need it?
We have double roads, narrower than yours. Because Turkey have mountainous landscape.
sure do it I'm waiting
no territorial disputes with EU members or with anyone for starters
duble yol yabtı
Jump on in
Duble

Niggas
Ever heard of something like population density?
What does that have to do with anything?
Look at Shartinians we are fucking subhumans
Yes and it's not finished yet
t. Maurro
It goes through a lot of protected landscapes, villages and rivers/canals, hence why it takes so long.
go back to ukraine
yeah its really embarrassing but we should have complete highway system in 10 years
It's much more embarrassing for us.
Such delicious spacial efficiency. What I hate most about America is everything is so ugly and wasteful because we have practically limitless space. You'll never see such beautifully efficient engineering.
It's called being wealthy and educated.
It's cause you have a fuckton of space. In the Netherlands space is extremely limited because of the very dense population density. You either build efficiently or you won't build at all.
>It's cause you have a fuckton of space.
That's what I said...
I know. It's obviously more efficient to built like that if you have the space. Building on as little space as possible is far more expensive than just using as much space as you need, so in that sense it would be very inefficient in America, financily. Which is the most important aspect in the US, let's be honest lol
Because Serbia is not in the EU and doesn't get EU funds for infrastructure. And it's not in the EU because it prefers to cry over a piece of impoverished clay where almost no Serbs live instead of making an effort to join the bloc and suck the EU budget dry.
This, it's not really like we have a choice anyway. It's nice to see all the projects which are going on, but knowing their costs make me feel uncomfortable...
My point was I find it infinitely more appealing and beautiful. It's almost a work of art or world wonder on all its own.
>there's a road in Mount Athos
Since when they drive cars ?
It's mostly a fuckton of work and a lot of money. It's a two sided medal if you ask me.
In the grand scheme of things people will look up to that instead of the sea of ugly parking lots and strip malls. The Pyramids were a fuckton of work too.
wtf is that point in Corsica?
>Serbia doesn't have any highwa-
That's Bastia I think but I'm certain there's no autobahn there.
Spain has a lot of mountains except in the center
>The Pyramids were a fuckton of work too.
Yes, but they were built by slaves. You have to pay all the people who construct and built these things now. It's a huge money sink that wouldn't be there if there was just more space available. It also makes living costs high because demand for apartments and houses is really high but the supply is abysmally low. If you're looking for a place to live in the Netherlands you need to look actively every single day and immedialy call to even get a chance.
t. Trying to find an apartment near Rotterdam for half a year now.
The expulsion of subhuman parasite invaders from the 3rd world would help with that.
based
They're honestly not the problem because they can't affort good housing anyway. People from Germany and the UK who come to the Netherlands to work are the bigger problem, especially in the Randstad where all the work is. It's really hard to find a place there cause it's expensive, and all the people who come there for business have the money.
>Yes, but they were built by slaves
No, they were paid workers.
Even then, you don't have to pay some faggot who pulls oversized bricks all day as much as someone who can handle precise engineering.
...
Couldn't hurt to try
Relatively stable weather makes for easy road building.
what is spain
wrong pic
>Punta de San Mateo
What the fuck Pedro ?
What ? It's just the Spanish name for the Pointe Sainte-Mathieu
We don't call the Cap Saint-Vincent in Portugal by its Portuguese name either
Bigass construction projects in the 50's and 60's, state-controlled by a non-corrupted politician.
Then we sold the highways to the private sectors and now the prices continues to go up.
That kind of shit pisses me off so much. You wouldn't believe how much infrastructure gets built here with taxpayer money than sold to private companies. In fact LA recently paid for the Ram's new stadium which they still get to own.
Hey give us some credit man, we literally blasted our highways through the rocky mountains
Oh it pisses us off too, since they broke every line of the contracts they signed. But the Gvt nowadays is fucking weak as fuck and Macron is going crazy with selling everything.
They're all in the same club man. People go from government positions to high level corporate positions and vice versa constantly in this country. They're a separate class from us commoners and they use the government to cover their business costs while reaping all the profit.
Who would put that random location on a map ? I didn't even know it existed, everyone sails out of Ouessant, and the Pointe du Raz is way more famous.
