I personally feel legitimately more comfortable at night. I always used to do nightwalks even before starting this job and I love the atmosphere of night time and I feel more alert.
There's probably something wrong with me, but I always do 3 weeks of night-shift, one week of day-shift (which is still pretty comfy) and I am doing fine.
