With most projects (including LINK, which I also believe) the answer is no, it wouldn't be possible to moon in a bear market. As there would be too many variables against the success of most tokens to perform well independently of the whole market trend.
But all the value HOLO brings once the network goes live are too staggering for it to tank even in this shitty bear market. Think about it.
