Reminder than Chainlink began as a money laundering scheme. web.archive.org/web/20171004082719/http://smartcontract.com:80/link-copy-4 ctrl-f 'tierion' They copy-pasted another project and made minimal changes. tierion.com/chainpoint The ICO wasn't advertised at all and the minimum stake was very high - 300 ETH. Why? 1. be Sergey, have lots of money in crypto you don't want to pay taxes on + you can't legally explain where you got it 2. create a shell company in a tax haven 3. copy a failed project, make minimal changes 4. invest in own ico anonymously with private crypto holdings 5. PROFIT - all funds in a shell company in a tax haven, legal source of funds and zero taxes.
A perfect money laundering plan, except Sergey did one thing wrong: he was too cautious, thinking that the ICO had to look believable to pass eventual suspicion. He made it look real enough to fool Jow Forums autists that pooled money and managed to invest in the ico. Now Sergey had to deliver *something* rather than let the project disappear - too many prying eyes on him. The rest is history every linklet knows, but interprets wrong. The nearly total silence was not the result of NDAs, but of panic - there was nothing to communicate, as the project was never meant to be actually made.
*Something* will be released eventually, but how good can the end result of a botched money laundering operation turn out to be?
>inb4 fud fud didn't put 'tierion' on smartcontract.com.
Imagine this being your "job" as a swing trader, lmao.

HOLY FUCK! A FUCKING GENIUS! I'll buy some link just for the sake of his geniusness
It's really not unusual for people to do that when they first launch websites, but it really is sloppy. This, the typos, Adelyn's grammar on twitter, the conference where Sergey asks Vitalik about oracles...

I am shocked biz didn't discover this sooner. Link was never meant to be more than an elaborate way to move money for a small group of early crypto traders. Biz fucked Sergey up and now he has to continue the ruse with "developing Chainlink", aka pay off big names with Link tokens (650m supply to give out)

I had iron hands till now I finally give up you can have my bags fuck you Sergey fuck you biz

>be sergey >create shell company to hide crypto assets >Jow Forums finds you >all eyes on sergey >continue scheme as if real >this could've been a b&w classic bob hope comedy film >Jow Forums never relents it's scrutiny >eventually live the lie so hard that the team you assembled actually solves the oracle problem >chainlink deus ex machina
Wew it's almost like the team would rather spend their time building the product that answering every pleb's fucking dumb questions

I love my boyfriend, and he loves me a lot. It's like we were made for each other personality-wise. But he's... shorter. And as an MtF I always fantasized about a tall masculine man who would make me feel like a girl and now I feel like I will never be able to experience what that feels like.
Still, there's no way I'd leave him over that, just like how he likes shorter girls but he won't leave me over me being taller.
How do I stop feeling like this? How do I start romanticizing the idea of shorter guy with taller girl as something that doesn't make me feel like a dysphoric mess?

I'm actually at the point where if this fails it will be just as satisfying if not more satisfying than if it makes me rich.
I mean if we get filthy rich.... after a year or two it loses its luster and you go back to being as unhappy as before. You see it with guys who've posted in here that have 5-10 million from why/btc...
But if it fails.... people like me and you will have a lifetime of laughs thinking of all the faggots who bought into link being almost certain they are getting rich and then get absolutely JUSTed when it fails.
Don't get me wrong I want to make money... but this project failing will be just as fun as becoming rich
