Never once ate that in Japan, closest was oyakodon. Soy sauce was for sushi or sashimi but nobody ever ate it with plain rice. But honestly lately I eat rice with ketchup for a really lazy can't be bothered to cook an egg snack so...

Based and delicious.

Don't worry, you're not alone.

>soy

Japan apparently has the most advanced egg control system so they can afford eating them raw, I do too sometimes but mostly for carbonara and simple egg sauce for pasta, tried to dip a cutlet inside a raw egg, it was alright, maybe needed more soy sauce. Didn't work well on rice, our rice kinds are made mostly for risotto and salads.
I like raw eggs and sugar in a blender tho.

Don't you have dates on the eggs down there too? Rule of thumb for me is less than 24 hours. Never heard of a problem with that in my family. We still avoid it for little kids though.

Yes, even the fresh bio-eco-no antibiotics- whatever suppliers or farmers ones that are indeed good. Just not common practice, speaking of Japan interms of extra tests and safety in general.

Wouldn't know what Japan has at extra tests. But I sure would like to know if one of the guys visits this thread again. Meanwhile I still think that less than 24 hours from the hen is good enough for raw eating.

After drinking 5 shots of vodka I also eat raw eggs

that shit is good af
