did you even try to read it? its hard to dumb it down much more but basically lets say you are a verizon wireless customer and you are in a location where vzw service is shit but t-mobile or att service is good. with nkn you can buy/sell bandwidth on demand either from other customers or direct from the isp. that's one use case of many.
