A decentralized ride sharing app (dUber)
>Uber takes large amount of profit from drivers so this app could cuck the living shit out of it from
>LINK pulls live GPS data during the ride, smart contract could be written utilizing REQ's continuous payment system so that driver is automatically paid every .1 mile or some other arbitrary distance
>could have reputation system, drivers could set up front cost
>could deal in multiple currencies
>driver's history, including how long it takes them to get from point a to b, how well the know the area, how often they drive that area can all be stored on blockchain and viewable for customers
>cool name so Chads and Stacies will say "yo man let's get a doobie over to the stadium hahaha"
ITT: Come up with ideas utilizing REQ and LINK
i have an idea but im actively working on it and am in the process of getting funding from request to hire 2 full time devs to make it possible.
100 eoy 2019 btw
What if we make a huge petition asking for Steam to use REQ because we want to buy games with crypto? Huh?
I hate LINK, and I'm really tired of you fucking losers trying to attach yourselves (unasked for) to other projects like the fucking parasites you are in real life
Oi fuck off mate.
The devs are just gonna dump more tokens to pay you, which will crash the price on all of us bagholders.
they already sold all the tokens for the ICO fund. its sitting in a bank account and we get paid in fiat. besides my app would cause literally millions of dollars (possibly) to be used in the req network which would cause massive burning.
Petition steam, nintendo, gog
Check the prices of Mozzarella for the REQ team to buy with investors' money
What will your app do?
First, ChainLink is just a JSON parser. How is it going to get someone's GPS position?
And second, you don't even need to get the position, the driver and the rider can agree on the position themselves.
a pizza ordering app obviously
sad req couldnt hold its pump today, says a lot that it can sell off so easily
So, are you LARPing as a retard, or an actual retard?
Stop datamining business ideas OP. Anybody with a good idea isn't going to share it on fucking Jow Forums lmao.
dUber will fail, which is why it's slowly creeping into mainstream media. Why? Because there's no central authority to deal with random situations that require customer support.
>But you can automate refunds
lol yeah sure okay.
dUber will only pick up when self driving cars are properly implemented. At which point, buying a car and releasing it into "the fleet" will be a source of passive income, like an investment property.
It's a shame Tesla is going to hyper-manufacture self driving cars for this fleet so that buying a car will only give minimal returns.
I'm still going to buy a few though since massive car supply = cheap cars
Fuck it I'm taking the bait
>Are you retarded?
What's stopping dUber from having an HQ where they still take part of the profits but not nearly as much as Uber? And put customer support on the block chain too where people online do most support and HQ makes the decisions.
this ain't a bad idea for a micro industry. a home cooking app that connects say, an enterprising Lebanese family with a foodie type in a big city. App connects people willing to prepare and deliver authentic home cooked exotic food to consumers. same rep system, agreed costs with an online store front showing local options.
people got fuck burnt outta them, this sell off pressure at the slightest increase will last for time mate. Req ideally will do something to attract the next gen bag holders coming in now.
is there something like a tokenized airtasker? like if i want to trade 2 hours of my plumbing skills for 2 hours of an electricians time
i like how villages used to work, and i dont see why we couldnt straight skill trade to avoid being jewed on earnings
>Req ideally will do something to attract the next gen bag holders coming in now.
the ponzi continues
