Promote Spain to yellow at least. Reasons: strait of Gibraltar (not Gibraltar itself, which isn't even the closest point to Africa), Ceuta and Melilla and the Canary Islands. All of those are quite important, more so in today's world since they are entry points to Europe from Africa. Accounting for those should put us at least in lime, if not we are more yellow than orange.
