Best way to stop being a looser is to start some serious fightsports. My advice boxing.
You will get stronger, selfconfident and fit. You are young and in a good age to start it. Get a good fightclub and tell nobody. The first half year is crazy difficult and maybe you will get hurt, but dont stop it and go there min. 3x times a week. If you do it now you will be happy in 2 years you started this shit. You will also get some new social contacts.
There is no better feeling when you look like a beta and then you drop your shirt and everybody sees how fit you are.
