In general I'd say yes, it's somewhat hard becoming a cops here, it's a 2 year education and you need some college/univesity points.
It's funny though seeing old swedish cops compared to newer ones, the old guard (e.g. 50 year olds) are all like 2 meters long and either in shape or strongfat, while newer cops are blonde girls and manlets.
