How are we going to employ and feed the people of the countries in which service industries became popular and primary and secondary sectors outsource the jobs to less developed countries? (job is important for social participation which is essential for happiness and life-fulfillment)

I just read this news. So I posted this thread.
So called developped countries have made large volume of middle class by manufacturing industries. Manufacturing industries could feed thousands of people. But after the cold war, manufacturing industries declined and economic activities got to take place on the internet. But internet companies like GAFA can't feed a lot of people. We will just become poorer year by year, except few highly educated elites.
