Hi int

Hi int.
What do people in your country think about Czech and Czechs?

My dad still thinks it's Czechoslovakia

Yeah many people here still call it Czechoslovakia.

Brothers who don't consider us as brothers. But no matter how much they deny it, we are brothers regardless.

slovakia is little brother, austria is cousin, germany is step mother and poland is distant relative

get your filthy plumber hands off czech republic

They don't think they just emigrate there

whoa it was unexpected.

kind of this is here, in general ukies have good feelings about Czechs but they know almost nothing about them actually.

>Czechoslovakia the artificial country

We were much closer to you back in the Middle Ages than Slovakia ever was and our languages were almost identical but became more distant over the ages. Still doesn't matter.

Slovakia is more of your child or something. Poland is the true brother though.

we were much closer to Luxembourg in middle ages than you and our languages were not identical at all

I mean Poland is slavic but they have russian alphabet and greek religion

Polaks tried to occupy Czech together with germans just before ww2. Oh, slavs are so good brothers.

What? They don't at all.

I live in a Czech city. It is called Vienna.

History is not your strong point is seems.

The fact that our flags look similar is enough evidence that the Polish-Czech brotherhood exists, even if it's not much visible.

The reason why you consider Slovakia as your little brother is because it is the only country bordering you which you could consider as weaker than you so it can make you feel better about yourselves.

>I live in a Yugoslav city. It is called Neu-Belgrad*

I like the name Bohemia

ups, thats belarus

I consider Czechs as brothers mostly because of our linguistic and cultural similarities.

That's pretty much all.

There's no deny. We are West Slavic bros.

For those who didn't understood my joke: Half of Viennese people have Czech surnames and it's very likely their ancestors were assimilated Czechs.

They are bad people. I hate every single of them. Myself the most.

Why are Danish pigs, so autistic?

they just find it funny how many czechs like to come down to dalmacija for their vacation.
I like them. Supposedly I'm part czech

Czechs have funny language and is a cheap destinantion for tourists that don't want to go to Croatia for the billionth time.

Czechia sounds retarded.

All the Poles I've met tell me Czech sounds like retarded Polish (exact words). I find Polish more beautiful to the ears.
I lived in Prague for eight months. I had a great time. I'm not American btw

>linguistic and cultural similarities.
for instance? Most part of its history Czech was member some german state.
Ofc as you were in one state for long time.

All slavic languages sound like retarded version of each other. Polish sounds quite funny for my ear and i assume vice versa.

Actual Ukrainian sounds like some bydlo speaker.
Russian sounds NPC like because i've heard it too much to really react to it and most ukrainians speak russian, the good ones, the more bydlo they are the more likely they speak ukrainian and are from western ukraine.

should be bohemia again

The whole Central European region has many cultural similarities with each other. Even we, Poles (mostly from Western Poland), share many with Germans.

We're definitely much closer to each other than we ever will be to you, Ukrainians.

we don’t even think about it

Slovakia is child, Austria step father, Germany abusive mother and Poland estranged brother

Ok, so it's time to give back Silesia to Germany then. If polaks are so close to germans i guess they won't mind.

my Russian friend said Ukrainian sounds retarded haha

Germans larping as Slavs

though hitler didn't think so.

Thanks I guess

Silesia is actually a Czech clay that we ''borrowed'' from them but never gave it back. Oh well... It looks better off with Poland anyway and I don't think Czechs still care about it.

You polaks are funny people, at first we're like 'damned germans, they killed so many polaks, but then you want really much "to share many with germans'.

where are you from?

This. I speak Polish and Ukrainian, and I heard a lot Czech and Southern Slavic languages, so I summed up - Russian is the most balanced. Polish sounds like a symbiosis of snake and bug language, Ukrainian like a villager's dialect of Russian, and others just sound strange.

You really don't get it, don't you?

Mentality and culture are two different things.

>Ukrainian like a villager's dialect of Russian
Which way it could be villager's dialect of russian?
Ukrainian sounds way more softly and isn't as rude as russian is.

I love Czechia and I wish Poland was like this country.

You know that Czechophilia can be cured, right?

Silesians were one of Polish original tribes

I imagine it to be full of retards

Czechia is perfect.

As always thread about Czech Republic and its full of polacks

why???

jealousy

i wish we had such beautiful, original cities like Czechia does

Because retards like above me.

Also you're close neighbor most people went through when they went to Germany so naturally people have the most opinions about you. Nobody else in Europe really cares about Czechia apart from Slovaks, which are the same shit but different country.

>Czechophilia

Most of us suffer from this.

My godmother was a really sexy Czech fitness girl. This was back when Czechia wasn't doing too well so a bunch of Czechs moved here and married.
She was a really nice and attentive woman, really close to my senpai.

Only minority, fortunately.

>senpai
Family*
bloody filters

>godmother
>czech

you need a religious person for that, don't you

No you godless /V4/ian.
You just need a good friend to "sponsor" your child. In my godmother's case she married one of my relatives and became close friends with my parents. Traditionally a godparent sees you every now and then, gives you €50 and spends time with you.
Essentially they are backup guardians.

They make good beer but they were mean to my grandmother
I'm conflicted :/

here to be a godmother/father you need to receive a certificate from your local parish that you're a practicing catholic. Maybe it's different in the orthodox church

well your grandma family voted for Henlein party so its not black and white

>here to be a godmother/father you need to receive a certificate from your local parish that you're a practicing catholic.
That's such a pain in the ass. You don't even need one of those to visit Mt. Athos.

That you don't want to be near a Czech and a window at the same time.

Poor german victim. How dare they. Them pesky czechs harrasing germans.
