So if you eat less and do lots of work like crossfit your arms are one of the few areas that go first when muscle mass is lost
In general, legs and core muscles stay until you cut below 10% bodyfat but arms and shoulders can disappear very quickly during a cut

Proper diet, work on your stamina and not just weights. Swim and if you can, go climbing. That helped me a lot. Went from (189 cm) 88 kg fat to 90 kg of muscle in 3 years time.
I started out with swimming and climbing. Then moved on to lifting as soon as I felt a bit stronger.

Äter 3200-3400 kcal varje dag. Mest kyckling, ris, grönsaker, fisk och nöttkött två gånger i veckan.
Jag springer 4 km varje morgon innan jobbet, och kör mage, rygg och armar i min roddmaskin i 20 minuter innan dusch.
Efter jobbet kör jag "underhåll" med blandade sets och rep för att inte nöta ned kroppen med upprepningar.
Går till riktigt gym Tisdag, Torsdag och Lördag.

Absolut. När jag byggde upp kroppen och lyfte tungt nästan varenda dag så bulkade jag så in i helvete. Lyfte 85% av mitt max varje dag (inte bra men jag är en idiot) och käkade runt 4500 kcal per dag. Minst.
Det var inget jag räknade med, eller planerade men man blir så jävla hungrig när man kör hårt. Kroppen skriker efter mat.
Men som sagt, nu behövs det inte längre. Normal kost och underhåll håller kroppen i form nu.

Blir man ett oironiskt fetto komplett med bilringar och chipstuttar eller får man en sundare fettdistribution när man bulkar och tränar hårt?

Nice start but Id be more focused on just stacking on as much muscle first through a clean bulk (two or three months on a solid program). Then a subsequent 3 or for week cut on a calorie deficit (while maintaining high protein intake).

Man får en mycket sundare lagring av fettet. Om man bulkar riktigt brutalt så blir det lite "strongman" kropp över det hela. Ett lager hull med muskler som ändå syns under.
Men grejen med bulk är att man helt enkelt äter det kroppen behöver plus ett överskott så dom trötta musklerna har extra att ta ifrån.
Inga chipstuttar eller bilringar att oroa sig för så länge man tränar.

Good clean bulk based on this tool and record your food intake with a good app you can get on your phone.
As for finding your near optimal calorie intake multiply your body weight in lbs by 15 and add 200-400 to find your daily calorie intake goal. Usually for protein I go 1 for every pound you weigh.. So for example 165lb person would aim to take in about 165 grams of protein. Carbs and fats are a must but dont over do them obviously.
Oh I see, go into a slight calorie deficit but maintain your high protein intake and you should be aesthetic af in a few weeks!
