Considering these are small scale projects by single authors who do this in their free time from drawing to printing it out and everything the price is completely fine. Doujins are not like the manga market, where you are dealing with large scale publishing. In fact the prices are really cheap for this sort of niche product because mostly the creators don't really look to profit from these hugely either. It's the perfect fan market.

That's expensive as fuck though.
