I wanted to do tattoos since I was about 12 or 13. I went with my Dad to get one of his Navy tattoos touched up and just thought the lifestyle was amazing. The artists got to draw all day, listen to cool music, and were completely independent. I was already drawing all the time and did an apprenticeship after high school.
My favorite tattoo I’ve done was a Felix the cat on this gay dudes inner thigh. When I asked what it was about he told me “That’s as close as my dick will ever get to a pussy.” I thought it was pretty funny.
