That image is weird because it only accounts for the Army. Here in the US, Marines used the M16A4 but now they’re switching to the M27. They never used the M4 as expansively as the Army and the M16A4 remained standard until now that its being phased out.
I also know that in Mexico, only the Army uses the FX-05. Their Marines use the SIG-516.

What is the difference between marine and the army? I used to think that the Marines were the Navies infantry but appereantly they are something different.
It's especially confusing because in german "Marine" literally means Navy.

The Marines are practically naval infantry and they’re supposed to be used in naval assaults, but that hardly ever happens and the biggest naval assault in history (D-Day) was carried out by the Army, so it’s sort of pointless from a business point of view where a merger into the Army would make more sense. But being smaller means that the Marine Corps is also more cost effective. For the 7% of the Department of Defense budget it gets, the USMC provides the US military with 15% of its attack and fighter aircraft, 21% of infantry battalions, and 19% of infantry battalions. It’s also a more expeditionary unit. Unlike the Army, it doesn’t need Congressional approval to be deployed, the President can order them deployed anywhere immediately for like 21 days I think?

you mean regular police (blue uniform) or magav (gray) ?. i always found magav weird they're called the border guard but they dont guard the border,the army does that. they're like the police's mini-army of conscripts and also it's SWAT\anti terrorist unit.
my current boss served in the magav's mistaaravim unit which basically dress up as and blend in with arab thugs to arrest criminals\terrorists, the army had a similar unit that also got close to and killed high ranking terrorists while being surrounded by hundreds of their men, now that shit is hardcore you had to have balls of steel to gun some guy down surrounded by 100 dudes ready to kill you.
