Actually it's not clear what happened there and who the angry man is
He says that a) instead of the dealer, some random guy was dealing the cards while the real dealer was just standing next to them watching it
b) The deck was packed in a non-standard order so he asks them where did they get the cards if all casino decks should be new and packed correctly
c) something "was going wrong" and in this connection the guy accuses them of the above mentioned things
d) the guy is threatening the staff: "I'm going to tell them what you are doing here"
The whole thing is a viral meme video, it's funny because of the way the guy swears (he also swears in italian and english)
