Algo muy interesante sobre estos cuchillos tradicionales es que se llegan a manufacturar con bayonetas de rifles de guerra y otros materiales, si no me equivoco el facón es el cuchillo del Gaucho, no?

Sip, hay de varios tipos tambien

Helle is based, I got their viking blade blank and made a handle for it a while ago. The spine is a little too thick I think but aside from that it's probably one of the best knives I've bought.

Blades of my people.

Those are really popular here, especially the spanish one.

>7 Springs.
Is that how you call it? We call it here "Bou sebaa" Which translate to something like "the one with seven" as in owns/have 7.

短刀(tanto) or ドス(dosu)

Attached: dosu.jpg (1600x1064, 167K)

>Seppuku (Japanese: 切腹, "cutting [the] belly"),

Is there another use ?

DOSU is weapon (for YAKUZA=japanese mafia)

It was just as good for filleting motherfuckers as was for beef.

Why didnt the Yakuza use yoroi-dōshi, cosidering they were much thicker and sturdier?
