Obviously, reality proves you wrong. If women have 10-20 percent smaller MAXIMUM strenght, endurance etc., that doesn't mean they aren't able to do the same shit that average men soldiers do. Even men aren't even close to the maximum what people can do, for example lift weights. If they have to carry a 20 kg in a march for example, that's very very doable even for women. It's nowhere near what strongest etc. can do.
