read into it a bit. they are basically creating a decentralized ISP. literally the highest potential of any project in crypto. founder is Yanbo Li, the guy who wrote all the DNA code used by ONT, NEO, etc. one of the most experienced blockchain devs on earth. the price is low right now because mainnet is a long way off and its only on one low volume exchange that is off limits to burgers and leafs. a lot of bizfags fud it because they bought the top of a pump and got burned but those buying now are going to be rich.
