I don't think we have a unique drink but we drink arak and it's disgusting God I hate anise.

Jenever maybe? I forgot if it's Belgian or Dutch
Never had it myself

>Sherry is everywhere
Fortified wines in general are.
Actually my first thought about a unique drink was sangría, but I think the Portuguese have it too.

Attached: Dos_Jarras_de_Sangría-2009.jpg (1920x1280, 259K)

What's the difference between jenever and gin?

I am Scottish, but I can’t handle whisky. I don’t see the appeal. I only drink it to get drunk.

Daiquiri
Mojito
German Beer

The use of grain alcohol and another grain thing, giving it a grainier taste
I think jenever was first and the english copied it. Could be wrong though

You know it westoid

>Akevitt
Alcohol, i think its made of potato

Wouldn't expected nothing else from the French
Always with the white.
White skin
White drinks
White flag
>Jenever
Do the locals drink it on the regular?
Well we'll call it Iberian exclusive sherry.
The best in the world.

Don't think so
Might be an old people drink

At least I haven't heard many people my age say they drink it often, that'd be beer

>cendol
that is not unique, we got that shit in my cunt
hell, its probably originated here

lemon lime and bitters

I just remembered pic related. Not sure if anyone else has this.

Champagne
Armagnac
Cognac
Calvados
for specific alcool which are legally tied to to their regions of origin through protected designation.

Mjod and Akvavit are universal, it doesn't count

>Ukraine
No unique drink afaik. All of our drinks are common among other Slavs, especially eastern slavs. Our national horilka (vodka) is made with pepper and honey tho, I guess one could say it's unique

Caesar
No.

Probably shouldn't have started this thread with an anime pic
But its on of the few on topic.

Say you're going out on the town
Whats your first buy?
Gimmi something truly Aus
Something you cant get anywhere else
Also whats the home brew laws there mate?

Attached: 1552608484889.jpg (520x600, 68K)

A pilsner from the tap some kind. Cocktail bars are popular too

unique? maybe moonshine. I had some that was aged in a barrel for a year and it was actually a genuinely good drink instead of just being rocket fuel.
I usually drink beer/wine everyday and occasionally have bourbon. I wish I could find some good mead. I should just raise some damn bees already.

>Something you cant get anywhere else
I don't know if there is a drink like that besides regional beers that probably wouldn't be sold elsewhere. Lemon lime and bitters is very Aussie though. The goon sack was invented in Australia if that counts lol

Homebrewing beer and wine is fine for personal use but you need a licence to distil spirits.

History of moonshine would be a good thread.
Do you need a licence to distill over there bud?
Right here is willy nilly, make what you want just don't sell it.

What's a unique Kiwi drink? I don't think you've mentioned it in the thread so far

Vargtass is the official drink of Northern Sweden kek.

>50% vodka or moonshine (usually moonshine)
>45% lingonberry juice
>5% lemon juice
>sprinkle some actual lingon berries in there for the nicer occasions

It's strong, bitter and sweet at the same time.

While not particularly original several long drink variations are sold in cans and consumed similarly to beer in Finland. Also I guess Finland and Sweden have our disgusting nordic """"sider""""".

Medovuha
no

Gos ^~^

A unique kiwi drink is getting hammered drunk on what ever homebrew is in arms length.

Jenever
It used to be alcoholics favourite but nowadays they turned it into a trendy alternative to gin for cocktails

Haha I'm about to crack a homebrew in a sec

I wouldn't ask for anything more.
I'mma crack a drink too matey.

Cheers.

Cheers mate

Curse you for this D*tchoid

Kvas is widespread now, so let it be sbiten - herbal honey tea.
It seems very analogous to mead though

>Whats a unique drink in your country?
Grappa, spirit of pomace (basically the 'waste' of grapes used to make wine)
>And do you drink regularly?
Nah, not really. I don't like spirits.

Russian soylent
I drink it every day

Attached: IMG_20190607_124306.jpg (630x471, 38K)

Sbiten is based af

Only drink unique to my country i can think of is Cocio and Faxe Kondi
Else we got plenty of snaps and good beer

Indeed, kvas, mjod and even vodka are too widespread among different cunts to claim their ownership. That's why I struggle to name a drink from the top of my head that would be uniquely Ukrainian. Altho, I think for Russia "russkij chaj" will do

I find it too sweet desu. I've never had a spirit as sweet as grappa.

Why the hell do Kiwis come to your state/

soy boy?

Ttongsul. Its a wine made from fermented baby shit. Quite tasty honestly.

I'm korean american. If you're brave you can try a kind of wine called ttongsul. You can get it at some korean grocery stores here if you ask. Look it up

haha looks like I was a little slow with my post

Tereré, similar to mate but prepared with cold water and ice rather than with hot water
