I've got the best idea. Make it so the coin is provably fair. What I mean by this, is to fix the odds on the blockchain. This would mean that people don't have to trust the vendor, but the technology they're using.
Does an internet casino pay out what they claim...? Probably. But nobody truly knows. You'd make a lot of money if you did this. What a great idea.
