Hot pockets and tendies for me
Have this OP.
start here:
I generally use sausages in any meal that could have it for a meat substitute. I always roast them whole in the oven first and then slice them so they maintain a crispy skin and look like sausages. If you don't cook them first and add them to whatever your cooking they just turn into grey puffs of meat. Anyway, sausages are what we do in our house to reduce costs. Also, we tend not to eat too much meat. Beef is treated as a luxury item.
thanks will try!

t.cute OP
I start each day with 4 eggs, with a lot of cheese.
Then, I eat 2 breasts of chicken while at work (pic related), in addition to a lot of almonds/peanuts throughout the day.
At the end of the day I may finish up with some fish, more chicken, steak (1-2 times a week), or bratwursts, along with some type of vegetable.
In total, I spend around ~$10 a day on food.
I prepare everything on the weekend, freeze most it, and thaw it out as the week goes.
I got you senpai, here have his 28 recipes PDF that are mathematically optimized for dollar cost/nutrition value/variety. He has also grocery list as pdf

Ez:
Buy meat (pref. chicken) for 3$/kg.
Buy rice for 1$/kg.
Buy veggie bags for 1$/kg.
Thats a total of 5$/kg of food and the only thing you need is a kitchen.
With 3kg of food i can last for 2-3 days. Depending on my moods (i workout 4x per week).
Now for work, i usually eat food taken from home or peanuts. I buy 5$/kg peanuts and just eat about 300-400g at work during the day. I dont eat them whole, just sometimes every now and then. Usually a bit each hour until the day is off. After work i eat my homemade food.
I usually spend 20$/week for food.
Dont call me poor, it actually keeps me fit and i dont waste money on such an imperial thing like food. Also i drink water only.
The rest of 30$ per week i do what ever i want.
>I live in a strict 50$ per week regime.
itt. im from EU. KEK get on my level nerds.
Just for extra info. I tried fasting but fuck that shit. Life is too short and it started giving me headaches.
keep your calories up biz it's gonna be a green day
Steam your foods, more flavour and nutrients, I even steam my meat nowadays. Boil eggshells in the steaming water, drink the water for extra nutrients and calcium, diary sucks
>veggie bags
Why are you paying for those expensive crappy microwavable vegetables when you could just purchase fresh vegetables and cook them yourself...?
are you by chance dumb amerimut? - 'cause you do not know how chemistry of calcium works, dont you?
you basically drink chicken poop tea left on outside of the shells. jummy!
Carnivore diet. Grass Fed ground beef 8.99 per pound. Cook, add lots of salt. Strain rendered fat. Slap on a big scoop of grass fed butter and some unpasteurized grass fed cheese. You are good for most of the day, depending on how active you are.
THIS. Just eat the chicken poop directly, stop making homeopathic mixtures of it
> put veg / fish / fruit ..etc, in pan with some kinda oil (coconut is good + a great sex lube)
> add flavor like garlic / curry / chilli (paste is easy)
> wait few mins so stuff is browned and smelling good
> add liquids + grains (water, rice, tomatoes, lentils, potatoes, beans, nuts, seeds, coconut milk, yoghurt..)
> simmer until grains are soft and meat/fish is cooked (5-10min)
just a basic curry. easy/healthy/tasty/cheap/versatile and only 1 pan for washing up
put in freezer if u wanna be a lazy cunt later on
Chicken. Rice. Broccoli.
EZ.
There is nothing wrong with frozen (pure) vegetables. Stop being retarded.
"Bulletproof Coffee"
I don't actually buy the real brand because I'm from Argentina and the dollar just went apeshit here.
Just use a blender, mix your favorite coffee with butter and coconut oil.
Buy the good stuff.
Drank on of those in the morning, you will last at least 5 hours without hunger.
I've lost 8 kilos since January, without adequate exercise.
not that dude but its tastes of nothing and isn't any cheaper, so why bother
oh kek
