I was talking more about southwestern Virginia aka the Appalachian Plateau and the Valley and Ridge region. That looks like Northern Virginia, but still purdy.

It's aimed towards the inhabitants of said territories, I'm just watching their own TV which is also being broadcasted to European France

It's their local newspapers like you'd watch a Virginia news report ,but many of these lands have "diaspora", so to speak since it's technically France to France movements, in European France so they have news of their regions available
