It was a typo he corrected in a reply to himself.

That is very simple Chinese and it is possible to read it in Japanese.
這(こ)の裡(うち)、是(これ)那(なに)の裡(うち)
ここはどこだ
这里 this place 是 is 哪里 which place
哪 is a newer Chinese character that was originally written 那, but now 那裡 is used for "there" and 哪裡 is used for "where"
