No way he's gonna cash out as it will lead it right back to him. He's probably going to buy Moreno (which coincidentally rose as he was transferring), launder it with another mixer and then sell minute amounts in order not to set off alarm bells to authorities. It's not gonna have a big bearish impact on bitcoin's price.

the 111k bitcoins came from a wallet whose first tx was from an address held by Ross. all other transactions are tumble addresses. the link between a Ross Ulbricht wallet and these bitcoins follows through the entire trail. its blockchain dude, you cant hide this shit and you cant lie about it.
could belong to a staff member, vendor, hacker, even an alphabet agency or dirty agent. either way i dont see it being dumped on the open market, most likely theyve just found a way to clean it.
