Medical is fine pretty much everywhere but for some reason there is alot of Russian doctors saying that the salaries are shit, and that jobs seen as for low class people in the West end up paying more in Russia.

Most well paying jobs are manager positions and shit like dentists, ship captains and so forth with both English and Russian in the bag translator for business and what not is an possibility, and on a lesser paycheck I suppose tour guide? But I think most jobs will allow you to support a family but I am unsure on this end as I lived there in an apartment with my significant other and I worked as a bartender at the time. But considering you've got an education in the medical field go balls to the wall to try and get a medical related job first because I think they'll pay better than most jobs, it's a tiny bit of a risk but if it pans out you'll not regret it. It's a beautiful country.

I am a good mix of a bit of everything in northern Europe. I am half Swedish and the other end of my paternal parents is Finnish Karelian with some Russian sprinkled in there in the great grandparents. I've always had a fascination with the East hence I am drawn there, I currently live in Sweden but I will be going back to Russia either to work on a farm in the west, but the dream scenario is buying my own land in the Far East.

You earn 30k rubles (an average salary for any profession in Russia, I earn 34 myself) you spend 10k on your bills (you have to pay for water -hot and cold have separate bills-, gas, electricity, housing), 10k+ on food depending on what you eat and how many people you have to feed. I live alone and I spend 2-3k a week for simple shit like yoghurts, veggies, rice, grechka, chicken breasts, salami, milk, eggs. So it all sums up to 10-12k a month. So you're left pretty much with 10k of pocket money for your personal expenses. And there isn't much you can buy for 10k. You can buy several pairs of jeans in a good shop and a couple of t-shirts, you can buy an old phone or 3 PS4 games. If you have a car your expenses will only go up. So there's that.
If you have more mouths to feed, well, good fucking luck with that, unless your ruski wife will know how to cook or would be willing to find a job, because russian women are fucking useless and only work as cashiers or hairdressers or accountants (all of those earn about 20k a month).
And if you have more than one kid, I hope you don't mind living from paycheck to paycheck barely making your ends meet, because this is literally how the majority of families in Russia live.
