What I mean is that this guy who today weights $800M was $10M back when the silkroad went down, assuming he didn't touched his Bitcoin at all and neither did he went to the silkroad after the first takedown.

I don't understand what you mean, sure $10M is a lot for an internet seller, on the other hand there are internet sellers worth $150B. There was a silkroad ausfag arrested in 2014 who had 25 000 bit coins confiscated. It is a realistic amount.
