It’s wrong to steal from a company that makes profit off refusing to pay you the full fruits of your labor. That’s like stealing your bike back, even worse than when someone stole it from you.

Also unions are literally communism. So if you try to implement worker rights 100 million people will end up getting murdered.

good wagiegoy, keep slaving away to make more money for mr. shekelberg

Very american post.

Faggots like you that abuse the system are exactly why we have such shit leave policies

so whats the point of employing people if youre supposed to pay all profits back to your employees?

The companies should be owned by the employees who are actually operating them. Not by boards of directions or shareholders who can (through legal ownership) extract the wealth created by the employees and can take away their jobs at any time for any reason.

Wow, that is literally communism.

>Yes! It is totally acceptable to fuck over your employers! All employers are uber rich 1% Jews and not regular people just starting a business and trying to get by in a brutally competitive market

I go to work when I'm sick and stay at home when I dont want to work.
Dumb niggers think I'm a hard worker when I come even though Im sick lole

Imagine making massive amounts of money off desperate people who are only working for you to survive (while also getting tax breaks and sometimes taking money from the government itself), and then calling your job “brutally competitive”.

That’s like when landlords whine they’re in a tough business, which is basically getting free money from people to pay their mortgage.

Also there’s no such thing as a moral boss.

t. forgets that small businesses exist.

They're the ones suffering from excessive taxes, minimum wages, workers abusing their laws, ect. Alienating small businesses only makes large businesses stronger because it eliminates the competition. This is why corporate monopolies are so strong in the U.S these days because they can handle all the taxes and worker abuse

i work shifts. i just call in sick on days i dont work so i get paid for them

>Excessive taxes
>USA
LMAO, could complain about that here not there

How do boots taste?

CEO of a small-medium sized conpany here. Technically I advertise 2 weeks vacation every year for my employees but I never let HR let them take it and nobody has the balls to stand up to it. If someone objected I'd tell them to give it to them for at least trying (even though I'm under no legal obligation to do so) but they just scamper back off to their cubicle and say "o-ok, thanks anyway".
I earn higher six figures every year but I always tell my employees in annual meetings that they need to "go all in" this year to avoid profit loss even though we could easily keep the company afloat for a decade as is. I know they seethe at each other "didn't he say that last year?" but I don't care. When my dad died I got full control of the company and it's never been better.
