But students buy their own uniforms anyway. The school creates a guide and the student goes to a special store to buy two or three of them to change out, wash, and wear everyday. They have one for summer and one for winter and gym clothes.

I think schools should require uniforms for sure, but they have to be cute, and they have to give girls the option of pants because perverts are everywhere.

America has a strong sense of individualism and that goes against the concept of a uniform. My high school didn't have uniforms but a couple around me did. Nothing like the Japs, more like a red t-shirt and khakis for example. Fuck it would blow to dress like a target employee every weekday.
