2007 Honda Civic
My coworkers all drive big trucks. I'm in Indiana, where everyone thinks it's cool to glorify being as redneck as possible

Based wrx

That secretly redpilled guy: Toyota corolla with a MT

>me
1995 Jeep Cherokee
>coworkers
Something better, except for one, who drives a piece of shit Nissan pickup that squeaks and smokes. But I guess that's what he gets for being an ugly looking dude whose wife left him. He eats cold chinese takeout all the time now and looks even more pathetic. I'm simultaneously disgusted and feel bad for him.

Also, I'm scared to marry my GF now.

How's that for an icebreaker?

Me too. Marriage is a bad deal for men. It's nothing more than a legally binding contract that gives the woman the right to fuck you over. I'm trying to talk her into just doing a ceremony without getting legally married, but I don't want to come across as "You're probably going to fuck me over" even though that's exactly what I'm saying lol

Civic. Next car either going to be a Jeep or a pickup. Way too useful to get anything else.

bad topic

is this Siemens in columbia sc?
I'm across the interstate from one just like that

Suggestion for tomorrow? Honestly, all ears I'm running out...

>TFW I ride the bus

I don't have a fixed time of arrival at work(manager in later timezone) and have trouble getting out of bed lately, what do fren?

>Icebreaker: What do you drive? What do your co-workers drive?

I use public transportation.
They drive Audi's and Mercedes's

I ride the bus since I am the eternal pleb. My coworkers drive shitty cars except one guy who is probably enjoying a mid-life crisis rides in some vintage jaguar car or something. I dunno it still looks like a toyota, maybe he just had a fancy logo or something installed on the front.

2016 Honda Civic EX 2.0 CVT

Its a comfy commuting car (even tho I only commute 5 mins kek) but I'm thinking of trading it in for a civic Si to make my wagie life more exciting. Problem is its almost 10k more but it has a turbo, limited slip diffy, manual trans, better brakes/wheels.

>I want to be poor forever
There's no point buying shitbox cars new and there's no point buying "sport" versions of shitbox cars.

You want something fun but you're going to buy ANOTHER front-wheel-drive car?

>all ears

The office lingo is invading your daily vocab

I drive a Toyota 4Runner

I drive a 2004 corolla. Every else drives 4wds

me: a literal bike
coworkers: bmws and shit

Imagine wasting your money on a cuckmobile

can we circle back at the stand-up later to hash this out? Gotta hop on a call with Dave right now...

>Can't even volunteer without a background check
How does society expect felons to reintegrate into society IF THEY WON'T GIVE THEM ANY OPPORTUNITIES??

I love civics
Even if I somehow get rich and never have to work again, I'll still probably drive a civic. Fast, reliable, and you won't be a target for robberies

at least you won't be shot for your crimes against the environment during the hippie uprising of 2025

Taking a shit before my 2:30 meeting

nah subarus are driven mostly by basedboys and vaping faggots

What RWD car can I get thats as fast for less than 23k and has similar reliability and MPG to a civic?

The civic is reliable and good on gas and still manages to get 200HP and with a tune can go to 240. what car compares?

wage

rough. what'd you do?

I use public transport or my bike. The same for my coworkers.

You should all have your balls snipped

VW Golf IV estate

sometimes I want to kill myself, other times I actually think of pusuing a career in my field instead of being a mediocre lowest tier office wagie, then I think of going back to uni and getting my PhD (lmao), other times I think of changing my job, learning pogramming etc.. then I'm back to killing myself because I am so fucking tired of this system and shlomo.

>marriage is a bad deal for men

it is if you marry some thot for her pussy and "Personality"

Marry someone whose father you respect, who comes from a good family, who you can treat as a partner and who will bring something to the table to help you do something with your life... a grill with family connections, with real estate she's going to inherit, with a family business that you can passively run on the side or join and take over when her dad retires.

Anything else is some pleb tier "marrying for love" bullshit. You want to be building an empire for your progeny, user.

> building an empire
based and cringepilled
also, most probably a nigger

broke into an unoccupied home, was deep winter in the midwest and I was homeless. caught a B&E charge.

enjoy your divorce at 35-45 because you chose a spouse based on the criteria that she was "fun" and someone you wanted to hook up.

me : walk 10 mins commute
dept head : walk
roastie coworkers : bikes
just slav my shit up

>monday was holiday
>out yesterday and today for medical reasons
>get paid hourly, no salary gibs
RIP paycheck.
>owning a car
>willingly pissing your shekels down the toilet
Bike commute master race. Free and freedom...FREEDOM. Fuck yeah.

Didn't get my job after 4 interviews
How bad are data entry jobs actually?

I think they're /comfy/, but it's boring (incredibly boring.) The only plus is they're mindless so you could listen to books or podcasts or whatever while you work. Pay is usually shit, no promotion, replaceable, etc.
Still better than mopping floors.

I have the same problem and also have a manager in different country. The only way to fix it is to go to bed earlier.
