Give me a clear cut, biological definition of "Latino race" that can be applied to any person in the world and immediately give a binary yes or no answer as to whether or not they belong to the "Latino race".

When Americans say Latino, they’re using it as a brainlet substitute for the Spanish mestizo. What Americans mean by the Latino race are mestizos and potentially castizos, but it’s hard to tell them apart from a normal American phenotype.

So it's not a race.

A fully Latino pretty much just means anyone from Latin America here ( unless they are black)

White tends to mean anyone who is European. It’s the reason why most people consider cristano Ronaldo white but Messi not white here
