If there's going to be a SoV dapp, it's not going to be a BTC knock off. You can be a hell of a lot more innovative with smart contracts than PoW.

You could have a minimum lock up period after each trade that gets longer every time you trade and burn half the txn fee. Just one example off the top of my dome.

I think dapps have a lot of future, and I think the blockchain with or without coins) will be revolutionary for many fields where trust and automation are essential. You could even program a mortgage in a dApp.
I think in 10 years time, things will be different for people. Im a speculator. High risk high reward. Sometimes the market fails and you lose money.
Market follows trends. Human behaviors follow trends as well.
